Higginson Consulting Ltd. can work on behalf of the project owner to manage the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion; while assuming responsibility for the project scope, budget and schedule.

Our involvement would begin when a project is conceptualized and the project owner is ready to move forward; including services such as:

• Scheduling
• Contract Management

During the design phase, we work to integrate the owner’s criteria with sensible architecture, practical engineering, and constructability.  This typically involves coordination and collaboration with engineers in the following categories:

• Electrical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering

Once the construction phase begins, we continue to work on the owner’s behalf to ensure budgets and schedules are being monitored and any risks are adequately mitigated.  We find the following services assist the owner in keeping current with the project status:

• Daily Site Reports
• Weekly Project Summaries
• Monthly Project Status Reports
• Current Cost Reports
• Bi-Monthly Schedule Updates

The intention of the above processes is to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed within schedule and budget constraints and meet or exceed the project owner’s quality and service standards.  This is only possible through effective communication between our team and the project owner, an essential quality that we are excited to share with you.
